1. The offer
We run a promotion (the "Campaign") that pays a fixed reward in SOL (the "Reward") to people who publish an Instagram post, reel or IGTV video containing our token contract address ($INSTACASH, the "CA") and submit the link through the claim page. The Reward amount is shown on the claim page and may change at any time.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must post from an Instagram account that you own and that is set to public.
- Your post must contain the exact CA shown on this site and stay online.
- Limit: one claim per Instagram account and per Solana wallet address.
3. How claims are reviewed
Every claim is reviewed by a human. We aim to review most claims within 24-48 hours. We may reject a claim at our sole discretion, including where the post is deleted or private, does not contain the CA, the account appears to be a bot, fake or part of a farm, or the same person has already claimed.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use bots, automated posting, purchased accounts, engagement farms, multiple accounts, or any other method intended to obtain more than one Reward per person. You may not misrepresent the Campaign or impersonate us. We may disqualify you and reverse or withhold payment for any violation.
5. Wallet and payment
You are solely responsible for providing a correct Solana wallet address. Payments are sent on the Solana network and are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to an address you provide incorrectly, or for any loss caused by your wallet, exchange, or a third party.
6. No financial advice; risk
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens and memecoins are extremely risky and most lose all of their value. You should never buy, trade or hold anything you cannot afford to lose. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
7. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or end the Campaign, these Terms, or any Reward at any time without notice. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. No affiliation
This Campaign is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Limits of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Campaign or your participation in it.
